Our fully furnished 2 bedroom house is available to rent for short or long term rentals over the winter and summer months.

Ideal for anyone moving from another province and scoping out the area. Ideal for a single parent, house share, or anyone wanting to live near the beach.

This house is VERY safe and secure.

Video calls can be arranged to assist with viewing if remote.

This is our two bed unit, tastefully decorated in muted tones for easy living.

There is access to the unit from the communal entrance from the garden. Parking is directly outside the unit and. It is safe.

The main bedroom has a comfy Queen bed with a small sea view and doors to the outside garden.

The other bedroom has a single bed (changes can be discussed as it can alos accommodate a bunk bed or perhaps a double bed) that opens to the outdoor patio too.

Ideal home for single parent perhaps or house share as the rooms have their own double doors to the outside. Making the rooms bright and airy.

From the garden you have a hall way, that splits into an open plan living space that flows out onto your enclosed patio/ fire room with BBQ and dover stove facilties.

The living area has open plan kitchen complete with dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine, coffee facilities and fridge freezer. The kitchen has all the appliances you need including a new air fryer, alow cooker etc. Off the kitchen is a hidden wash line and herb garden that also gives access to the patio.

The patio is completely enclosed, and more of a fire room with braai/fireplace and dover stove. Its an extension of the living space. It has an atrium, lounge and dining area with access to the garden and pool.

There is a centrally located indoor fireplace for cold winter evenings.

The TV lounge is a comfortable place to relax and put your feet up.

The bathroom is shower toilet basin. Electricity is calculated according to occupants. Water is levied per person per unit.

There is free wifi 75/75.

The property has two private one bedroom units upstairs . This is not a party house. Although we do allow for entertaining on occasions.

The ONLY communal area is the entrance through the garden. The likelyhood though of you seeing anyone is very low. As all the units are private upstairs spaces.

You will only occasionally bump into someone coming or going but its unlikely.

There is a pool which you can fill up when you want to use it and drain when not in use. The garden has fake grass so it's low maintenance and will be maintained by the owner.

We are only a block away ( 100m) from the beach. The sound of the ocean is really the only thing you will hear. We are situated in a cul de sac so experience very little traffic.

It is very safe.

Some of the best winter surf happens right infront of us (Doodles) so if you are a surfer this is the spot!

Kite right on your doorstep as gou can walk down to the beach and back with your kite gear.

All three units are private.

A true Melrose place.

A safe and lovely place to live.
