1 Bedroom House in Denneoord

Set in the popular suburb of Denneoord, this face-brick home enjoys beautiful mountain views and offers a warm, character-filled place to live. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is generous and full of light, finished with a decorative ceiling rose, cornices and stained-glass doors that give the home a distinctive personality. The tiled kitchen is fitted with a gas stove and extractor hood, and the owner will be installing additional cupboards for added storage.

AVAILABLE FROM 15 DECEMBER, VIEWINGS FROM 15 NOVEMBER

A spacious indoor braai room with a built-in braai, a high beamed ceiling and a ceiling fan opens through two sliding doors onto a private, enclosed paved courtyard, accessible only from within the house, which makes it a secluded space for entertaining in any season. The single bedroom is exceptionally roomy, with open cupboard space and a wall-to-wall bookshelf, and leads through to a full en-suite bathroom with a classic claw-foot bath and a separate shower. The living areas and bedroom are carpeted for comfort. A small front garden, a single garage with an electric motorised door and an additional parking bay in front of the garage complete the home.

Security has been carefully considered, as this is one of only four houses in the complex, which is protected by an electric gate and electric fencing along the perimeter walls. Wellington Square, with its SPAR, is approximately 1km, away George Hospital approximately 6km, and the Garden Route Mall approximately 6.5km. A small dog is welcome, subject to approval. The tenant will be responsible for prepaid electricity, the electricity amp charge, water, gas, sanitation and refuse removal.
