This 1959.97 hectares farm is located approximately halfway between Musina and Louis Trichardt, bordering the N1. Access is obtained directly from the N1. The farm is fenced on all sides with game fencing.

The main residence is a double storey building with a lapa and braai area

The Main residence was built in a similar face brick and thatched roof style, as the lodge and provide an opportunity to be used as an isolated residential unit or to be utilised as an extension to the lodge for the more discerning client. This house boasts a double volume lounge area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk-in wardrobe, fully fitted kitchen, scullery, guest toilet and reading corner on the ground floor. The upper floor features a media room, large lounge with recreational space and veranda.

Water is supplied from electrical equipped boreholes and distributed via an elevated reservoir and pressure pump system. The area is known for strong sub-surface water supply at shallow depths.
The game on the farm include: Eland, Giraffe, Waterbuck, Gemsbuck, Blue wildebeest, Zebra, Kudu, Nyala, Bushbuck, Impala, Duiker, Steen buck, Ostrich, Warthog, Baboon and Monkey. Predators are seldom found, but if found might include, Leopard, Lynx, Brown Hyena, Spotted Hyena, Silver back jackal, African wild cat, Savita cat, Ratel and Mongoose.
Tree species on the farm are Corkwood, Red Bushwillow, Marula, purple-pod cluster leaf, White seringa, Baobab, Shepperd, and Acacia. Grass species include: Pappus, Pangola, Carrot-seed, Mexican feather, Natal, Ngongoni, Kalahari, Signal, Cane, Guinea, and Buffalo grass.
