Various boat houses are now available for purchase within Leloko. Unfortunately only owners of residential property in Leloko Lifestyle Estate will be allowed to purchase a boat house.
Transfer costs are included in the purchase price however, should you opt to register a bond, the bond registration fees shall be an additional cost to the purchaser. Each boat house has its own pre-paid electrical meter and has a light and plug installed with a lockable roller door. Levies are utilized to maintain the common areas of the boat houses.
