Complex Management

Complex Management was founded in 2006 by Geraldine Talbot who has run the company for the last 16 years with her husband, Chris. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth in the management of Community Schemes as well as rental management under Geraldine’s reign.

In 2022, Geraldine and Chris explored their options of retirement, and the company was bought by a young, enthusiastic couple who share the same morals and ethics as Chris and Geraldine as well as the desire to see the company grow and succeed further. Matthew Roberts and his fiancé Cleara Hodge have begun growing the rental and sales departments of the company while keeping personal relationships with their current clients and aim to continue building and maintaining strong bonds with their clients.
