TRANSPORT: Usage of Woodholme Vehicle with a PDP driver, should you wish to go to town (R45 a trip). Spargs Beacon Bay also collects the Woodholme residence once a month for a morning shopping spree, a service that is provided free of charge. Each unit is allowed one motor vehicle.
HOUSEHOLD: Electricity usage for own account. DSTV available and various retirement packages are offered. Laundry is done, once a week per flat, R25.00 per load. Option of ironing at an extra cost. BCMM rates and utilities account is for owners account excluding water and electricity.
