The shared living areas provide information on the many activities and places to visit in St Francis and the current owners are more than happy to share all the tips, techniques & local IP to the purchasers. At the rear of the property are five large separate bedroom and bathroom suites, all with individual external access. The rooms and layout have been designed for Guests to have privacy, where each room opens out onto its own patio or balcony area. The owners wing comprises of a lounge and kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom plus bathroom and large landing with extra cupboard space upstairs on the first floor. Within the main dwelling are two additional bedrooms ensuite (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor) which can be externally accessed. This wing could be used as a family suite or separate guest bedrooms. The reception, lounge, dining, and bar areas are also situated within the main house. The laundry, staff restroom & 2 double volume garages are underneath the main house.
