Accessibility: Best by 4 x 4 but a bakkie with difflock can also work.

The terrain consists mainly of hills, valleys, small cliffs and the deep river bed formed by the perennial Kouga River. The farm is totally undisturbed, green and lush with spekboom growing from the rocky ledges.
Veld types
Mainly fynbos with lots of proteas, pin cushions, sugerbush, a multitude of flowers, honeybush tea, various succulents, King Proteas and so on. There are also small pockets of indigenous trees plus some black wattle trees (firewood).

The farm falls in a predominately winter rainfall area, with an annual average of approximately 450mm/annum.
Game species
Lots of indigenous bird life as well as small numbers of klipspringer, duiker, mountain reedbuck, bushpig and occasionally cape mountain leopard.
Improvements
Fencing: the fencing is in a fair to poor state. However, upgrading the fencing will only be a necessity should you wish to farm on the property with cattle which the terrain does not really lend itself to.
