The property is fully fenced and situated on a quiet residential street. Two boreholes, one of which is functional, the second needs a pump. Water is pumped from the ground into a tank and from there into the house and overflow into the dam in the back yard, which storage of water feeds to the garden. We cannot reply on Municipal water in the town so having a borehole is a huge benefit.
