Ivivi is a 21.5 hectare property on the Crocodile River in a private nature reserve 10 kms north of Lanseria Airport.

Perched on the dolomite cliffs overlooking the river, the house has a commanding view over this spectacular natural valley. The house is built from the dolomite rock and comprises 3 wings. The bedrooms and bathroom in one wing, large lounge, dining room and kitchen in another wing and the other wing for the studio working areas.

There are 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a large passage in the one wing.

The kitchen, pantry, scullery, open plan lounge and dining room are in another wing and two large studios in the third wing.

Outside the lounge is a large veranda with views over the river as well as a lapa with an outside toilet.

The kitchen overlooks the river and has a pantry and scullery as well as a washroom downstairs and two cellars.

Outside is a very large workshop as well as one large storeroom, 2 smaller storerooms, staff rooms and a garage for 2 vehicles.

An outside cottage is built right on the edge of the dolomite cliffs with 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen, study, bathroom, separate shower, 2 toilets and a veranda.

There is plentiful water supplied from a borehole and electricity supplied by Eskom with solar collectors for the geysers.

An electric fence surrounds the living area around the house and there is a large gate operated by an electric motor.

A variety of plains game is found in the reserve including giraffe, zebra, kudu, wildebeest, red hartebeest, blesbok, impala, springbok, duiker, jackal and many smaller mammals as well as prolific birdlife that enjoy the varied habitats found here.

The access to the reserve has controlled boom gates and a 5 km gravel road leads to the house. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Fourways.
