Nestled within the embrace of magnificent architecture, parklike gardens, and resplendent finishing, Illyria House unfurls an enchanting colonial lifestyle. Perched atop a lofty hill, this splendid residence overlooks the resplendent Jacaranda City of Pretoria, affording an exquisite vista that includes the stately Union Buildings. The house''s origins trace back to the late 1940s when it was meticulously crafted by Dr. Ockert Vermeulen, a dynamic personality who concurrently held ownership of diamond mines. Inheriting this treasured abode, Dr. Ockert Vermeulen''s son, Ockert Junior, also a physician, continued the legacy.
