Vacant level land in Leisure Bay measuring 1032 sqmt in extent. The stand is covered in light weeds and I have neighbors stand also for sale here. Buy one or both stands. Right near end of cul de sac road. Some new homes near the access to the area, I sold a few stands in this area recently and I see a lot of building on one of the access routes here.
The stand position is up near the main road side of Leisure Bay, There is no sea view off this stand. The land appears to be level as they come. There are more than one access route to this site now. I found a better way to get there. Grassed road one way and dirt road the other.
Area is growing slowly. Selling below cost. Sold all my others here recently so the area is showing growth. Priced reduced.
