Elevated and uncleared. The stand has some indigenous trees but is mostly scrub. It is at the end of the street and will have some inlands views. There are neighbours, on one side of the stand. The stand is just off Portobello road and is approximately a 5 minute drive to the beaches. The stand has access to municipal water. An Eskom supply will have to be obtained from Eskom direct.
Leisure Bay is a leafy coastal village with the most beautiful beaches. A quiet residential area with shopping just 5 minutes drive into Port Edward.
The lower south coast is an area rich in cultural bio diversity and as well as a mecca for tourism. Beautiful beaches and just 20 minutes drive to Shelly Beach for all the shopping one requires. .
For those who wish to live a quiet life close to nature, and with abit of land that has not been cleared, and has been as nature intended, this stand would be worth a look at. Leisure Bay has such beautiful indigenous trees, and vegetation - it would be a priviledge to own just a little piece of nature.
