Covered in natural growth with some very nice plants in here. The stand on the last road to the back of Palm Beach on the North side which has a few homes in the area. The access road is not a through road as there was a wash out to the South side. There are three new homes at the end of the road.

Nice inland views, I sold two one across the road and one next door to this last year.
Very quiet here, nice views inland over farms ad the back of the river is close to the bottom of this stand. Price reduced, you wont find this size for this price on the coast.
