Sea facing land in Palm Beach
Residential land a short drive up the hillside, the land is on sea side of the road and has gentle slope down towards a green area open space land. Not sure why the open space is so big at the bottom but it will never be built on. All the stands here share this open space. There is a stream way down other side of this open area so it must be a drainage area as well.
Covered in trees I could only get a sea shot to the left but I know this area and land at this height does enjoy sea views, I can catch a glimpse through the bush. There are some expensive stands nearby that share same road and height level.
1456 sqmt with 30% coverage for buildings allowed, you wont have to go to double storey for the view just needs clearing though. No building time to start, the only time frame is the building plan once stamped will expire after 1 year if you are not building on the site.
