Ocean views in Trafalgar
You will have amazing ocean views off this site, the property slopes up the hill from the access road which is a cul d sac. The seller reduced the price by R 50,000 making this a bargain buy. The land is 1238sqmt sloping up from the access road which is a cul de sac. Sitting on a hillside this stand has fantastic sea views. While the stand has not been cleaned previously, I managed to get to key points to get the pics. There are quite a few houses close by, one across the road but that site slopes downhill and does not feature in the view.

There is a stand three doors away where they are building only half way up and the views are incredible. I often seen whales here until October so build smart you will have peaceful location with perpetual sea views.
