Zwartkloof Private Game Reserve is situated 13 km west of Bela-Bela (Warmbaths) on the R516 leading to Mabalingwe and only 90 minutes from Pretoria. The Zwartkloof Private Game Reserve Homeowners association side of the farm is 2031 ha in extent. The total farm including Zwartkloof Adventures is more the 3000 ha.

Tar roads to each stand sets this development apart from other private game reserves of similar size. All stands have spectacular views of the mountains and bushveld. The developer considered personal privacy, visual disturbance and minimum noise pollution as key priorities when positioning the stands.
