Boschhoek Mountain Estate

Described as a Mountainous Amphitheatre, the origin story of Boschhoek Mountain Estate was to create an estate for authentic, small-footprint, bush living. To live in nature with all that it has to offer.

Boschhoek Mountain Estate is a game paradise hosting a variety of species, including giraffe, sable, roan, tsessebe, kudu, impala, waterbuck, red hartebeest, eland, nyala, bushbuck, reedbuck, mountain reedbuck, klipspringer, warthog and a host of smaller species.

Buffalo and rhino are purposefully absent, allowing residents to enjoy the estate and walk or cycle throughout.

There are two access-controlled entrance gates, one at the bottom of the service road and another at the entrance to Boschoek Mountain Estate. All stands are accessible with sedan vehicles suitable for gravel road use. Some game-viewing roads may require high clearance or four-wheel drive vehicles.

Electricity & Security

Boschhoek is off the grid with no load shedding and no electricity accounts. Solar systems are installed during construction.

All common property, infrastructure and game are managed and maintained by the Home Owners Association, an Estate Manager and a dedicated team.

Security is excellent as the property is surrounded by private land. There is a 14 kilometre electric game fence around the estate as well as a dedicated security company.
