The lodge is face brick with dressed stone, Harvey tile black roof, with a paved driveway and a garage that accommodates up to four vehicles. Anodized door and window frames:

-Double-sided gas fireplace warms both the entrance and the lounge

-Sliding folding glass doors lead from the lounge to the patio, which has a built-in braai with a large serving area

-Open plan dining area is situated to the left of the entrance hall which seats 8 guests comfortably

-The kitchen has cherry wood cupboards, Rustenburg Black granite counter tops,full-length windows and a central island with prep sink. Appliances include a new Defy glass top hob with extractor fan, Defy Gemini Double oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and many smaller appliances

-Off the kitchen is a scullery with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ice maker, cherry wood units and double sink

-The bedroom suites are all mirror images they have lovely bay windowed double doors that lead onto private patios, that take advantage of the country views

-Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, a coffee station ample built-in cupboards and en suite bathrooms with large bath, shower, vanity basins and toilet, under floor heating and heated towel rails

-Cleaning services are provided from Machadodorp. Fees are R550 for a full lodge clean, (usually once a week) Laundry is charged at R45 per kg and R350 for garden service

-Landowners Association Levies R1,900.00 Inc. VAT monthly, payable to Kloppenheim Hotel. Subject to annual inflation increases

-Electricity is supplied via the Kloppenheim Hotel and is metered for post pay billing at the end of each calendar month. Monthly electricity costs are variable depending on the season and occupation of the lodge. Water is also provided via Kloppenheim Hotel and averages at +-R200 per month
