The property has a large dam which is feed by a spring that can also feed the reservoirs when needed. The dam is full of Bass and is wonderful fishing.

There is a yearly audit for this certification and in the last two years scored 100% each year. The audit takes into account how the farm is managed in every respect. Includes crops that are grown, water management, indigenous areas managed as well as indigenous animal species The audit looks at how sustainable the farm is in every respect.
