A well-developed irrigation farm is up for sale near Marchand, Kakamas.

This region is renowned for its production of raisins and the exportation of top-quality grapes. The area boasts the ideal climate and weather conditions, making it one of the top regions for grape production. The summers are dry with high temperatures, while the winters are cold, with less than 100mm yearly rainfall and infrequent frost or hail. The property consists of three title deeds sold as a unit, all situated within a 5km radius of Marchand. The main building with packing facilities and outbuildings is located on two plots, while the vineyards are on the third plot, 5km away.
