A beautiful artistic tiled hallway invites you into this spacious home. The main bedroom consists of a Jet Master for those cold winter nights. The one lounge has a lovely fireplace, for enjoyment with a glass of local red wine. The modern kitchen has a lot of built-in cupboards, built-in stove with extractor fan, as well as blinds in front of the windows. The study can be utilized as a flat, as there is a bedroom, bathroom and extra room on that side of the house. The cottage at the back has a beautiful bathroom with a Jacuzzi, toilet and basin.

Wide covered verandas run both sides of this north south-facing house, overlooking pretty gardens and offering a view of the beautiful Montagu mountains. Currently, twice a month a dinner is held at the house, which can seat 56 people inside and during summer the dinners are held in the garden for about the same number of guests. There is a one bed roomed cottage set in beautiful expanse of garden with its own veranda and full en-suite bathroom. A car port accommodates 2 x cars. The off-street parking can accommodate 5 cars. Two (3x6) Wendy houses provides plenty of storage space. The property is fully alarmed with beams in the garden, and cameras for additional security.
