157 ha Farm in Stilbaai Rural

This farm is very conveniently situated about halfway between Riversdale and the beautiful coastal town of Stilbaai.

There is no house, but there is a nice big store, 15x7m, of which 5x7m is closed off with corrugated zinc. The smaller store is 12x6m.

Water is supplied by municipal water supply (overberg scheme - 5000 litres per day) and there is a big reservoir for storage (168 000 litres). It is 10m x 2,2m high with rubber lining (installed in 2021 with 12 year warranty).

There is an Eskom line through the farm, but no current connection.

There is a sheep kraal and plenty of natural grazing.

The massive bird netting (36 x 36m x 3.5mhigh), as well as all the bird caging, is available as an optional extra.
