45 Minutes from Uniondale on the Vaalwater road to Baviaans Kloof on the right hand side of the road youll find, this friendly Guest farm. You are welcomed by an elegant thatched roof main house, with bigger than normal restaurant right next to the house. The restaurant with own kitchen and bar is open on a daily basis. Ablution facilities as well as open braai area are on the outside and do not skip a visit to the Jacuzzi on the deck. The restaurant can accommodate up to forty visitors and is available for smaller events and meetings, with bookings upfront.

This is a lifestyle farm, and therefore farming activities take place on a small scale and much attention is given to the commercial side. The farm is divided into a few camps for sheep or goat farming in smaller totals. There is a part of land available and which is suitable for arable purposes, currently mainly Lucerne. Three storage dams on the farm where rain water flows in during the rainy season Two boreholes supply the water for household, gardens as well as to the arable area .From time to time game from outside areas come in to the farm area but these are free to come and go.

Visitor accommodation consist out of four separate rooms next to the main house,, each with en suite bath rooms as well as a loose standing one bedroom cottage with kitchen and braai area. A secondary house with two bedrooms, one bathroom and braai area forms part of the available accommodation. Also a camping site with ablution for those who like to stay outside.

The outbuildings make room for a large workshop and garages, a butchery area, cold storage and the installation of all inverters and batteries. The workers accommodation and houses are part of it.

Power supply to the farm is off grid on a solar system, incorporated about 16 Kw of panels. Inverters up to 30 Kw battery capacity are installed. A connection to Eskom is available should it be necessary.

Furniture for accommodation units as well as the restaurant furniture are included in the selling price.

The furniture for the main house, and also all decorations in the restaurant are not included in the price. However the furniture for the main house is available for sale but will be negotiated separately.

The farm is Vat registered and therefore Vat is payable on the advertised price. Where a buyer is Vat registered and the transaction goes through as a going concern Vat can be registered at zero percentage depending on SARS findings.
