27 ha Farm in Franskraal

This smallholding of 27 Ha is half arable land and the other half fynbos. The half is mostly used for grazing but until recently, some sections has been used to grow crops. Also on the property is two dams which is fed by fountain and water from the Franskraal mountain to the North.

There is a store of about 180 sqm and smaller store of about 64 sqm to the north side of the property and some under cover parking.
