This farm is situated adjacent to the Olifants River, in an area renowned for the production of wine grapes and raisins. The fertile river banks produce top quality grapes and has excellent water retention ability for Klawer's hot summer months. Along with the newly planted cultivars in recent years there is a fully automatic irrigation system with newly upgraded pump stations and drip irrigation lines. Registered water usage rights for 18,2 hectares is supplied via the canal system (LORWUA).
The farm has a production capacity and a cellar quota of 730 tons per annum.
