The mornings in Paarl start bright and early with the local farmers heading off to start their day in the vineyards or the people selling goods at the local markets. At lunch time a game of golf is a must, at one of many lush, green golf courses such as Boschenmeer or Devon Valley Golf Course.
We are privileged to work on the mountain with the beautiful views of our beloved valley. The Afrikaanse Taal monument is obviously the main attraction as it signifies our heritage and our beautiful language.
Whether taking a hike up Paarl mountain to experience the splendour of Paarl Rock, or picnicking at the amazing Afrikaans Taal monument, with breathtaking views of Paarl and Franschoek, there is an abundance of activities for all. For wine lovers, the wine-route boasts some of the finest wines in the world and is not to be missed.
As the sun goes down, Paarl comes to life with a buzzing nightlife, with a place for different tastes. Whether you are in the mood for a relaxing evening of fine dining, or a social night at a pub, this neighbourhood offers a variety of things to do.
The well-maintained gardens and parks are refreshing, and surround the attractive Cape Dutch Style houses. The streets in this neighbourhood are lined with beautiful old oak trees. Many developments overlook wide stretches of vineyards and are surrounded by rolling green mountains.
