Perched on the dunes with direct access to the main swimming beach from your front deck. Tuck your surfboard under your arm and hit one of the most famous surf breaks in the Eastern Cape.

600mz of covered floor area comprise of spacious, open plan living areas with lots of natural light that open out onto a sheltered, private pool and beachfront garden with shelter and decking on both sides. The central courtyard is completely sheltered from the wind. The kitchen has a lovely farm-style feel that carries through to a spacious scullery come laundry with an additional shower. The shower is ideal for those coming straight from the beach or pool. The dining area is light and airy thanks to the high ceilings at the entrance and large bay window. The lounge has doors that open either to the pool or beachfront deck and garden.

On the first floor via the grand staircase, leads you to a mezzanine area with seating that has a picturesque, postcard window looking out over the garden, beach, and ocean.
