The property is split between three floors. The first floor which is level with the drive has a spacious kids den with separate access from the driveway. This expansive room has a TV lounge, fridge, en-suite shower bathroom with a top loader washing machine.
The second floor which is accessible via a staircase at the front of the property leads you onto a wonderful ocean-facing deck.
You access the house via a front door that forms part of the stacking doors which fully open out onto the deck from the indoor braai lounge. The indoor braai lounge has an open plan feel that flows into the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen area is commodious with ample surface space with a scullery to the back. The scullery has backdoor access into a courtyard with a washing line.
On this floor via a passage are three bedrooms all with sliding door access onto the ocean-facing deck. All three bedrooms share access to a shower, toilet, basin, and a separate guest bathroom. At the end of the passage is a large bathroom with a walk-in wardrobe, double basin, shower, and freestanding bath. A staircase leading from the large en-suite takes you up to the loft master bedroom where you can lay in bed and watch the changing seascape In front of you.
The third floor that is accessed via the sleeper wood staircase in the kitchen area has a TV lounge, built-in braai, and balcony with picturesque views of the village, beach, and ocean to the North and east.
