The kitchen and dining area are open plan and well-positioned in the home, and have exquisite views of the golf course. A big stacker door in the dining area opens up onto the covered patio and BBQ area for easy, fun entertaining. There is a happy, light, and bright atmosphere, with the kitchen/ dining being the heart of this home. Granite tops, subway tiles, and a lovely long center island for family and friends to all get involved with prepping, chopping, pouring, cooking, and serving drinks.
There are two bedrooms that both open up onto the patio and the golf course side. They share a shower, toilet, basin and also a separate guest toilet.
Upstairs youll find the main bedroom with huge windows that frame the well-manicured golf course. Relax in bed and enjoy watching those passionate golfers chase a ball around, regardless of the weather! The master has access to a separate shower, toilet, and basin.
There is an alarm, beams and the property is fully enclosed with an automated access gate. The property is equipped with an inverter and solar.
