As you walk in the front door your will know your on holiday. Balinese style theme outside with the feeling that you are on safari at the same time. A very unigue experience living in the clouds. 6min walk to the beach and 5min walk to the start of the restaurants and shops in the village. The golf course is a 2 min drive. The port is a 5min drive away. Domestic worker available if needed.

The two main bedrooms are located on different wings of the house and are on the top floor for maximum ocean and Mountain views.

The middle floor is where all the open plan loving comes into play. There is a beautiful open plan kitchen with views onto the dinning room, lounge and deck below.

From the dining room you walk down two stairs and into the cinema room with a 74'' tv is surrounded by a beautiful and comfy L-shaped couch. Walking past the cinema room you walk into the third bedroom which also boasts an en-suite bathroom and it''s own little terrace. Downstairs off the formal lounge and is great kids that want a little privacy from the adults, or visa versa.

Lots of wood throughout the home and the hatch give it that lovely warm feeling of being on a constant holiday.

Within 10 min walk you have shops, restaurants, beach and golf course. Magnificent views of mountains, village and ocean. Guests have access to the whole house. There is a beautiful swimming pool to laze around and enjoy the beautiful mountain and ocean views.

Themba (the house manager) will be available should the tenant have any problems or questions. He is also available to do laundry, daily cleaning service etc. at an additional cost. He is completely trustworthy and has been working for the landlord for the better part of 10 years. Seal point beach in 10 min drive away with a bird sanctuary there and 2km of raw and unspoiled beaches that make for the most beautiful walks. Of course for the surfers, Seals is famous for its long cruisey right hander and when the sand is right the beach break gets epic.

The Kromme River can be navigated for 10km by leisure boat or canoe, whilst the extensive canal system offers residents and holiday makers an exotic marina lifestyle.

Sunset Rocks in Cape St Francis is brilliant for sundowners in summer.

Seal Point lighthouse is situated approximately 30 km from Humansdorp and 100 km from port Elizabeth and is home to the tallest masonry building, standing 27.75 meters high. The focal plane is 36 meters above sea level and the light has a range of 28 sea miles.

Hiking the Sand River is recommended at any time of the year. If lucky, you may see the beautiful Crystal Pools. The water in the Sand River flows underground, over the hard rocky substrate that underlies the dunes. After heavy rains, the water table rises to form pools.

Bruce Brown searched the world for the perfect wave. He found it at St Francis Bay and named it ''Bruce''s Beauties''. St Francis Bay is one of the world''s great surf spots - and you need not be a surfer to enjoy this graceful sport. Delight in watching the followers search for the perfect wave!

Seals is now also the place to be for the surfers from Cape St Francis. The quiet fishing haven of Oyster Bay lies some 20km to the west, while the agricultural capital of the region is Humansdorp

Today St Francis is famous for far more than just surfing, it boasts picturesque homes adorned with black roofs and white walls.

Towards Santareme and Port St Francis, the uniformity is repeated, this time with Mediterranean and Tuscan homes filling in the dune fields and fynbos. Cape St Francis is known as keeping it clean and low key.
