This peaceful, attractive, unfurnished 1 bedroom garden cottage has a lovely open plan living area with kitchen, and a beautiful view from the bedroom, with twin doors opening onto a private, quaint courtyard.

The living area, kitchen and bedroom have engineered wooden floors which create a cosy, warm atmosphere. The kitchen is fitted with a gas stove top and an electric oven, a washing machine and a fridge. The cottage uses solar during power outages so no being stuck without electricity. And we have Jojo tanks which are connected to the cottage so no water disruptions either!

I am looking for a single person with quiet habits. Regrettable no pets allowed, except a fish . The cottage is safely situated next to the main house with electric fencing and alarm system. It has its own private entrance with secure parking for one car.
