This very spacious 1 bedroom cottage is ideal for a single person or an older couple. The cottage shares the garden and entrance gate with the main house and therefore it is unfortunately NOT PET FRIENDLY.

The cottage has a lovely open plan kitchen with ample cupboard space and a breakfast counter. The stove is free standing and the counter tops are granite. The open plan lounge has a glass door leading out onto a covered patio overlooking the back garden. The single bedroom is really spacious with built in cupboards to the ceiling and a ceiling fan. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and basin as well as a washing machine connection. The whole cottage has been neatly tiled throughout with the same tile.

There is covered parking for 2 cars. The electricity is pre-paid and water is included in the rent.
