Interested persons will be screened by the retirement home as certain criteria has to be met.
It is a very clean and secure village.
Our entry age range is from 50 for the flats and 60 to 75 years for the cottages.
It is not wheelchair friendly. You must be able to take care and be able to live independently.
A medical report from your doctor stating that you are indeed can take care of yourself and to live independently.
24 hour security guard and patrolling.
Communal library, recreational room and braai facilities.
No Pets and No children.
Daily visitors are allowed and person sleeping over at their cottages are allowed twice a month Friday to Sunday.
Close access to highways, shopping malls, hospitals and 10 minutes to OR Tambo International.
