Accommodation for a single female only. Fully Furnished & Equipped. Lease period is for 6mnths with an option to renew.

One months notice period is required by the tenant or owner after the first 6 month period .

There is a cleaning service once per week. Linen towels crockery & cutlery is available. Appliances ie washing machine is available to be used once per week. Other appliances are available ie kettle iron stove & fridge.

A furnished bedroom and a bathroom is available and sharing the rest of the cluster. Tenant to supply personal toiletries. Undercover parking is available for one car. The complex is upmarket and secure. There is 24 / 7 security which makes this a very secure option

The applicant must be a non smoker A full bouquet dstv is available inclusive of rental.

Uninterrupted electricity service ( Solar Panels). R500 for electricity & Water charge. There is a damages deposit which must be paid of R5000. When the tenant vacates , the deposit will be paid once the property is inspected ( Within 5 days )

There is a T V in the bedroom for the tenants use.

Utilities ( Water &Electricity) must be used sparingly. House Rules must be respected and observed.
