The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults. It has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 1 bathroom with shower, an open-plan kitchen and a living area with a dinning room table. The first bedroom is furnished with a double size bed with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single bunker beds. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. The lounge contains a sleeper couch, a flat-screen TV with a DSTV decorder, Sliding doors open to a balcony with 5 x chairs, small table and a gas braai.

The De Valle complex offers a communal fenced swimming pool, a communal braai area, and a self-service laundry facility. Lift access is available to the apartment. Designated undercovered secure parking is provided and visitors parking.

The complex is approximately a 100 m walk from the beach and is opposite the seasonal Diaz Water Park.

The apartment is also within walking distance of the Diaz Beach Bar, restaurants, shops and gyms. Enjoy the scenic and characteristic Mossel Bay, which has loads of entertainment.
