You can enjoy the best of both worlds from this home, it is situated between the Keurboom beach and river. There is a sanctuary with small game and birdlife, a communal pool and private gate to the beach.

The house consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

There is a patio on both sides of the house.
