A spiral Staircase leads up to the viewing Deck and down to the bottom Deck and Pool.
The Flat is accessed from the side of the House.
Middle Level:
This has the Decked Pool and Patio with stunning views as well as the two Main Bedrooms and Guest Bedrooms.
There is a TV Room on this level.
Bedrooms:
The Bedrooms have Sea views and sliding Doors to the Patio.
Main: King sized Bed with full en-suite Bathroom.
Bedroom: 2 King sized Bed and full en-suite Bathroom.
Bedroom 3: X2 Singles.
Bedroom 4: X2 Singles.
There are two Bathrooms across the Hall for the two middle Bedrooms to use. (3 and 4)
Bathroom 1: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bathroom 2: Shower and Toilet.
Accommodation and Facility Checklist:
* One Cleaning Lady included in the rate for Weekdays. Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are optional and extra.
* The Swimming Pool does not have a Safety Cover.
* The Property may not be safe for Babies and small Children due to the spiral Staircases and high Balconies.
* Linen, Bath and one set of Pool Towels provided. Please bring your own Beach Towels.
* Strictly no pets allowed.
* Non-smoking.
* Built-in Gas Braai and Weber Braai with Patio Furniture.
* DSTV included in the rental.
* Kitchen is fully equipped: Granite Counter Tops: 5 plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven and another Oven.

Rates:
February - April: R13 000 per day.
May - September: R10 000 per day.
October - November: R13 000 per day.
December - January: R19 200 per day.
Payment and Booking Terms:
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
