The Owl House is a comfortable 1 Bedroom apartment with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area that leads to a balcony with views over Sedgefield Village.

The living/dining area opens onto a private balcony where one can utilize the gas braai and enjoy the views and fresh air of our beautiful coastal village. A wall unit in the living area unfolds into a single bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a Gas Hob, Microwave oven, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle and toaster. The bedroom with double bed has ample cupboard space and the bathroom has a shower over bath, wash basin and toilet.

A washing machine is also available in the unit. A parking space is reserved for this unit.

The complex, Hennies Hof, is within walking distance to the shops, all amenities, lagoon and a few minutes drive to the lagoon mouth and beaches.

Deposit of 50% and cancellation fee is payable.

LOW SEASON: R 1 000 / Day (February October)

HIGH SEASON: R 1 500 / Day (November January)
