* Applicants will be screened according to standard procedures.

* The refundable security deposit equals one month''s rental plus a R3,000 utility deposit. A once-off R1,500 admin fee is charged.

* Payment terms depend on the length of the reservation and will be confirmed upon enquiry.

* Water & electricity usage costs are payable per monthly charges.

* Garden service, alarm & municipal services costs are included in the rental.
