Tranquil home for medium term rental.. Natural light falls softly on the earthy tones in this flowing designed home in Onrus, the village-like suburb of Hermanus and just a short walk or a few minutes drive to the beach and popular restaurants. This furnished home is available for rentals of a few months at a time, from now till end of November 2024 also, the nights of 2-4 May are not available to rent.

The house features the necessary creature comforts to ensure guests feel at home and comfortable during their stay.

The north-facing living area, dining room and kitchen are set in an open-plan area. A fireplace does the job for winter nights. The smart TV & uncapped wifi will keep everyone entertained. Outside at the wooden deck is a stainless steel built-in braai and pizza oven. The yard is ideal for children to play and there is a hammock for well-deserved peaceful moments. There are three bedrooms (and two bathrooms) inside the house with a fourth (en suite) bedroom and laundry outside.

* Smaller pets may be considered on special request and per the Landlord''s discretion.

* The house is fully furnished and linen and towels are provided. Tenants to bring their own beach towels.

* Parking is available behind a closed gate but no garage is available.

* The rental includes wifi and the alarm system.

Terms:

* Tenants will be screened according to standard procedures.

* For a reservation up to 2 months, a (refundable) security deposit plus 50% of the total booking cost is payable upon signature. The balance is payable at 40 days before arrival. If the reservation is within 40 days, the total is payable upfront.

* One month is the minimum reservation period (stays for less than one month will be charged at the same monthly rate).

* Water & electricity usage will be charged extra, at approx. R2,000 per month.
