A lovely and cosy two bedroom, one bathroom flatlet on the first floor of a house short walking distance to Onrus beach and surrounding restaurants.

The entrance of the flatlet is private - through a side gate and via a set of stairs. The front door takes you through the kitchenette, passed the bedrooms and bathroom on both sides of the short corridor through to the open plan living and dining room, with the sunny balcony on the right hand side (north west facing).

The rental is furnished it includes water & electricity, wifi, DSTV and one cleaning (and linen change) per week. Laundry can be done per arrangement at an extra cost.

The unit is not pet friendly and not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. There is no undercover parking for vehicles, but space for one vehicle on the grass in front of the house (the area is safe and thus far there has not been incidents of vehicle damage or theft).

Onrus is a small, village-like suburb of Hermanus, a place where you''re walking distance from quaint shops and lovely restaurants. The beach is beautiful and very popular amongst body boarders.

Terms:

* Tenants will be screened according to standard processes.

* A refundable security deposit of R13,500 plus R1,500 contract fee is payable once the rental is confirmed. Rental is payable in advance and before the last day of each month.
