As the ground floor of a larger house, the layout of this medium-term rental leans itself to complete privacy and is suitable for young and old, for stays up to 4 months (for maximum 6 people).

The front door lead through to 3 bedrooms (with a coffee station in between) and two bathrooms. A cozy tv room leads out to the enclosed patio, converted to an informal dining room and kitchen area at the back of the house. The kitchen has the necessary cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and appliances for cooking and cleaning.

Outside is a small lawn and garden, and easy access to the undercover parking (for 1 vehicle). An extra vehicle can park on the paving next to the house.

There is a firepit and partly covered patio in the front, walled and sheltered from the wind.

Terms:

* The rental is R13,000 pm for one or two persons, R15,000 for three or four persons and R18,000 for five or six persons in residence.

* Wifi, water and electricity is included in the rental.

* Small pets are permitted per owner''s discretion, prior to signing of the lease agreement.

* Tenants will be screened according to standard procedures.

* Minimum rental period is 1 month and maximum is 4 months.

* Tenants to provide their own linen and towels.

* Maximum occupancy is 6 people but the property is better suited for up to 3 adults with children.
