What needs to be stated in a lease agreement?

According to the current Rental Housing Act, lease agreements need to state what property is being rented, what the value of the property is, what the term of the lease agreement is and the length of the term. According to the new Rental Housing Bill, lease agreements will need to state both the tenant and landlord rights and obligations. These rights pertain to the inspections, deposits and rent.
