Kuilsriver offers a peaceful, country life and is a fast growing area, with many surrounding farms and small holdings. Pretoria Moot is North of central Pretoria. It is bordered by Meintjieskop to the south, Skurweberg or Vlakkopies to the north. The Pretoria Moot area has a strong sense of community with generations returning to live in the unique ‘urban village’ setting. The current Home Owners and Residents Association strives to maintain the restful atmosphere and currently employs a private security company, on behalf of the residents, to aid with crime prevention. This is proving to be effective and is supported by the South African Police. This unique atmosphere and the semi – rural setting of the suburb contribute strongly to its ongoing popularity and good capital growth. A further unique factor is the Academic Hospital which is located 3kms beyond the area. A number of specialising doctors leave and arrive annually and seek to buy property close to the hospital for the period of their specialisation.

Northcliff is one of the older, more established areas in Johannesburg. It is highly sought-after by those looking for a tranquil and exclusive lifestyle. The properties on Northcliff Hill have large grounds with well established park-like gardens. What was previously agricultural land, has been transformed into a bustling residential and commercial hub. The Ticketpro Dome is a well known landmark that provides constant nightlife and live entertainment, drawing people from neighbouring cities. Numerous shopping centres provide locals with opportunities for retail therapy and socialising. Luxurious estates, private schools, top-class healthcare, retirement villages and other facilities are contributing to the upward trend in this bustling, rapidly developing area.

Surrounded by serenity and splendour, the area between Paarl and Franschhoek is simply breathtaking wherever you look. The locals are friendly, helpful people and this area attracts tourists from all over the world. There is an abundance of activities, from historical monuments to quaint farm markets, there's never a dull day here.
