Pinetown, being a very multi-cultural area, attracts different types of people from all walks of life. Having its own CBD, the area offers convenience for those who own or work in businesses in the area. The suburb has great homes, at affordable prices, and good schools that will appeal to families as well. This neighbourhood has a reputation as a "motor town", due to the high number of motor dealerships along the main road. Pinetown offers a slower pace of life than Durban, but is a short 15 minute drive from the bigger city.

Plettenberg Bay offers a laid-back lifestyle, that gives you time to enjoy nature and the surrounding scenic views. Living in Plettenberg Bay means that you have the privilege of enjoying the lovely coffee shops and unique stores situated near the ocean. The area attracts a mix of young professionals, old couples and small families because of the holiday vibe, and wide range of activities that the Plettenberg area provides.

For those interested in history, Port Elizabeth proudly hosts one of the oldest surviving Settler cottages, as well as many museums.

Pretoria East offers a tranquil escape for those that work in the city. The leafy streets and well established gardens give the area a sedate, village-like feel. Everything is close-by and residents don't have to go far for shopping or recreation. It's a popular suburb, largely due to the fact that it's easily accessible from major highways - the N1 and the N4. A quiet, relaxed neighbourhood amongst the hills, Pretoria West has affordable family homes and an abundance of land. It's the perfect family neighbourhood, with many kid-friendly activities around town. Many people in this area are car enthusiasts - from auto electricians to mechanics, as the Mayhem racetrack is located here. The climate is temperate in Pretoria West, with cool winters and mild summers.

Queensburgh is a very family orientated, residential area. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, with great schools and therefore attracts many families.
